Expressions Tea Ginger Bread Latte
Recipe developed exclusively for Expressions Ginger Tea
(Makes 2 Cups)
A winter holiday in a cup. Hitting all of those fresh baked gingerbread cookie notes and immediately transporting you to a cosy spot next to a roaring fire.
Ingredients:
250ml Full Cream Milk
2 Tbsp Expressions Ginger Tea Premix
250ml Water
1 tsp Vanilla Essence
¼ tsp Ground Ginger
1 pinch Ground Nutmeg
½ tsp Cinnamon
Drizzle of Honey to Serve
***Optional add – 2 slices of fresh ginger for that extra ginger kick
Method:
- Place the milk, spices and vanilla essence into a pot on the stove top and bring to the boil.
- In a kettle boil the 250ml of water.
- Mix the Expressions Ginger Chai Tea with the boiling water
- Remove the spiced milk from the heat.
- Mix the tea and water with the spiced milk and vanilla.
- Foam a little extra milk to top.
- Pour into cups and top with milk foam, a sprinkle of cinnamon and a drizzle of honey.
- Warming, sweet and delicious!
