Expressions Tea Ginger Bread Latte

Recipe developed exclusively for Expressions Ginger Tea
(Makes 2 Cups)

A winter holiday in a cup. Hitting all of those fresh baked gingerbread cookie notes and immediately transporting you to a cosy spot next to a roaring fire.

 

Ingredients:

250ml Full Cream Milk

2 Tbsp Expressions Ginger Tea Premix

250ml Water

1 tsp Vanilla Essence

¼ tsp Ground Ginger

1 pinch Ground Nutmeg

½ tsp Cinnamon

Drizzle of Honey to Serve

***Optional add – 2 slices of fresh ginger for that extra ginger kick

 

Method:

  1. Place the milk, spices and vanilla essence into a pot on the stove top and bring to the boil.
  2. In a kettle boil the 250ml of water.
  3. Mix the Expressions Ginger Chai Tea with the boiling water
  4. Remove the spiced milk from the heat.
  5.  Mix the tea and water with the spiced milk and vanilla.
  6. Foam a little extra milk to top.
  7. Pour into cups and top with milk foam, a sprinkle of cinnamon and a drizzle of honey.
  8. Warming, sweet and delicious!
